A Monthly Community To Integrate Somatic Attachment & Trauma Resolution Into
Your Life & Practice

Hi and Welcome,

It’s an extraordinary time to be a therapist. Our field of psychotherapy is undergoing an evolutionary upgrade with unprecedented breakthroughs and massive paradigm shifts in neuroscience, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, couples therapy, and mindfulness research! We’re truly experiencing an exciting renaissance.

I believe our community is helping humanity grow and expand beyond what we ever thought possible. I also believe we should support and help each other grow and thrive to master the principles of attachment and trauma resolution.

As therapists, we need PRACTICAL knowledge that we can actually use in our practice to help make a lifetime impact on our clients at the same time, helping you grow a strong practice.
What’s critical is not more information, but WISDOM shared from those who are using it on a day-to-day basis.

Imagine tapping into the latest cutting-edge research, tools, and advances in the therapy world every month.

If you want regular case studies and real life examples…
If you want to be in community with practicing therapists who are sharing and supporting each other…
If you want access to leading experts in the therapy world…

AND, if you want to take your techniques, knowledge, and training to the next level…

...then look no further, because the Therapy Mastermind Circle gives you all these things and more to help you in your practice.

We have an exciting first-year curriculum and a powerful lineup of experts planned.

I look forward to seeing you in our Therapy Mastermind Circle.

With Love,

Fall/Winter Module

Working with Your Most Complicated Clients:
Compassionate Approaches using Attachment Styles for Treating Personality Disorders

We will bring our attention to Personality Disorders and working with our most complex cases, including the correlation to Attachment patterning when relevant. In the continuum of these wounded states one of the more problematic manifestations of the Attachment disruption can result in a neurotic tendency or, in extreme cases, a Personality Disorder.
Learning Objectives Include:
  • Assess the importance of healing mirroring wounds that occurred in childhood
  • Demonstrate two corrective experiences that promotes acceptance of needs and takes the shame out of needing.
  • Describe one way to work towards restoring empathy with a person with narcissistic adaptation
  • Describe at least 2 somatic techniques you can use to complete Anger/Self-protective responses?
  • Explain the importance of resolving early trauma history for the OCPD.
  • Describe 2 ways to work with an OCPD client in a relational field.
  • Assess the importance of healing mirroring wounds that occurred in childhood
  • Design ways to quiet the harsh internal critic?
  • Identify one way to manage complicated transference and stabilize disrupted relationships.
  • Utilize techniques of how to address abandonment depression for the Borderline client.
OCTOBER
Inviting The Schizoid Adaptation Into Contact And Connection & Avoidant Attachment
Re-balancing over intellectualization and underdeveloped emotional responsiveness – as well as appreciating brilliancy in the mind. Or more simply, connecting mind, heart, and body.

 NOVEMBER
Recognizing The Deep Woundedness Underneath Narcissism & Early Attachment
Understanding and acknowledging the counter-transference related to the hurt and a sense of unworthiness that often underlies a lack of empathy and grandiosity.

DECEMBER
Understanding The Borderline Dynamic Of Splitting That Is Guarding Love & Ambivalent Attachment
Supporting integration of primitive splitting between idealization and the anger from perceived abandonment. This flipping between "You're the BEST or You're the WORST" can threaten any relationship - including the therapeutic alliance.

JANUARY
Identity Disorder & Disorganized Attachment
Working with severe trauma, ANS dys-regulation, encapsulated child states, as well as the disorienting Attachment disruption underlying Dissociative Identity Disorder. We also honor the role and resiliency in using "controlled dissociation" as a step toward healing and integration of "parts."

FEBRUARY
Alleviating Obsessive Compulsive Dynamics
Learning relational skills and somatic strategies directed towards ameliorating the sense of vulnerability that arises in clients experiencing the brain “fixations” or “loops” that characterize OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).

MARCH
Supporting Highly Sensitive People

Working with the very creative and emotionally responsive personalities of HSP (Highly Sensitive People) clients to help them manage their extreme sensitivity and avoid becoming overwhelmed by the stimuli to which they are so permeable. You will learn, for example, how to teach HSP clients practical strategies to differentiate between their feelings and the feelings of others so they are able to regain their sense of self and improve physiological regulation as well as emotional balance.
